At ESR TECH Made Easier, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned devices must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your tech items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the device within 3-5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method immediately after.
